TerL has been in the trenches advocating for people living with HIV since the 1980s. He has a wealth of knowledge and has devoted his life to this fight.
Jermaine is an advocate who is passionate about education and testing. He has served with several ASOs over the years. He has a degree in Sociology and is always eager to learn more to better equip him for the work.
Dominique finds joy in participating in community events and functions focused on spreading awareness about HIV. As a member of the transgender community, he has the ability to reach others like himself who may have struggles associated with drug use and living with HIV.
A single mother of four, Danielle makes time to be active in her community by being involved with agencies as well as the State Planning Council. She brings a unique view to the table, as her lived experiences include being an African American heterosexual woman living with HIV and a former drug user.
Roselynn is a transgender woman who is passionate about her community. As a woman under 30, she brings a lot of energy to the ASO boards she is a member of. In addition to the transgender community, Ms. Andrews works zealously to support her sex worker community.
Alicia is an author, activist, entrepreneur, educator, and speaker on the subject of HIV. Since being diagnosed with HIV, Ms. Diggs has committed herself to education and is currently working on a doctorate in Public Health because she understands the importance it plays in empowerment for those living with the virus.
Jeff is active in his community, uniting groups and training on advocacy for people living with HIV as well as people who use drugs. Jeff received his BS in Computer Science from Liberty University and plans to use his knowledge in helping Advocacy House achieve its mission.
Felix is a proud member of the Latinx community. He has the ability to educate and advocate for others within his community.
Takia has spent 10 years working in nonprofits, with half of that time in management. As a licensed elder, she brings a unique blend of knowledge and views to the organizations she volunteers with.
